Job market for family NP/ICU RN in DFW

Hello,

I am going to be relocating to DFW in next 6 mos and was curious what the job market is like for family NPs? I am a new grad but hoping to work in outpatient clinic. What can I expect for pay?
Additionally, I have read the job market for nurses is not great for new grads, but how is it for someone who has over 5 years experience in ICU nursing (just thinking may have to start in nursing until can get paperwork transferred over for my APN). Thanks!
