  3. I am a new ADN RN and I just got a job just south of Houston. I am starting out about $24 an hour, but they saiud they are giving me 1 year RN experience because of all my years I worked in the lab.
  4. I'm a new gran RN with my ADN and my base pay is 29/hr plus my shift diff makes it 32..I turned down a job that was 24.50/hr plus 4.00 shift diff

    The person who earns that pay rate indicated that she works at a psychiatric facility in Houston, and not a hospital.

  9. From my experience, which I was a GN in 2009 with an ADN about 24 per hour with good benefits. South of Houston.
