If you've been accepted or already attending classes, please share your thoughts and experiences thus far.

ALSO!! Has anyone looked into the aspire program?? ~TIA~

Hi, I am currently in the application process at the Pearland location as well. I am meeting with someone today to do an evaluation and will move forward accordingly.

Awesome. I pray the best for us all and hopefully we'll meet in May. I still have to obtain my official transcripts from 2 schools, and take the Hesi. I got the study book they recommended, but soo unsure of the science part. Let's definitely keep in touch and be motivating supporters on here. Happy New Year!!

They already have received my transcripts. I'm waiting for them to review which courses will transfer. If I agree with what they propose I'll take the HESI and wait for acceptance.

Hey y'all!! It's been a couple of months. Just touching base... I got an 85% on the HESI and a GPA of 3.7 í ½í¸„í ½í¸„ I'm definitely going to incorporate science study guides into my study times, b/c I did poorly in those areas. Not sure if my application was sent to the admissions committee yet, but either way, I'm officially playing the waiting game... Lol!!

How's it going for y'all?? Are y'all moving along in the application process as well??

I applied to the Columbus Ohio campus for May. I have all but one transcript already sent there, took the HESI and passed with 89. It was pretty easy. Once they receive my last transcript I should hear if I get accepted to the RN-BSN program.

They told me they would not review transcripts until you take the HESI. @ Tabdelhafiz

For those who still need to take it; focus on Fractions and Ratios - which are really easy once you practice them a few times. There is a lot of vocabulary on the test but if you are a reader then you should be fine.

They don't even count the science portion of the test. Just Math, reading, Vocab, and English. You have to take the whole thing but they only count the above subjects.

Anyone else considering the Columbus Campus?

Hey!! I'm currently enrolled at this campus. Just like the post above, we are almost finishing up week 2, and it is very exciting. Since, the classes are 8wks long, you do have a heavy workload, but Chamberlain provieds you with a PLETHORA of resources.

Currently, the only NR course I'm taking is transitions. I am taking 2 of my gen ed requirements online as well. Do not let the price scare you!! There are PLENTY of ways to earn scholarships and grants for college. Next yr, I'm going to apply for the Nurse Corps scholarship, where they pay for your tuition on an agreement that you'll work for an underprivileged community for a minimum of 2yrs.

Good luck!! You can and will succeed.!!
