by RNx2 Feb 15, '10We are considering moving to the Houston area (currently in Washington). In order to avoid a commute and have horse property, we would likely live "outside the loop".
However, we are needing to know if the outer area hospitals (Memorial Hermann Northeast/Woodlands, Tomball Regional, Methodist Willowbrook, Cleveland Regional, St Lukes Woodlands, etc.) have Vascular Access teams or teams where nurses place PICC/midlines.
Are PICC teams a feature that would only be found at the bigger hospitals in Houston?

Also have a bunch of nurses trained to place ultrasound peripheral IVs.We are considering moving to the Houston area (currently in Washington).
