which agency is best?

I have been a nurse for 16mos in an ICU. I want to hook up with an agency to pick up extra shifts. I am in Dallas Texas. Does anyone have advice as to which agency is best to work for? I really only want to pick up one to two extra shifts a week so not looking to do it full time. Any advice on who to apply with would be greatly appreciated.
