What is nursing like in Dallas??

Hey everyone,
I am an RN in Fla and can't wait to move to Dallas. I am an ICU nurse. Unsure if I want to do ICU in the state Texas or not. I am thoroughly impressed with that city. Very nice and metropolitian and clean all at once. The people have nice southern charm. Very nice.

I have looked into Texas Health Resource--how is that hospital?? I see alot of ads for Baylor. Any advice about your state of Texas in regards to nursing???

Look forward to all of the info....
