What is the average starting salaries for fresh RN's

What is the average starting salary for a freshly minted RN after passing the NCLEX in the Houston area. Do starting salaries differ between ADN's & BSN's ? Are the salries lower in the hospitals in the suburb v/s in Downtown or the Medical center ? How are the Hospitals in the north side of town as far as pay ex (Spring, Kingwood, Woodlands, Tomball, Willowbrook) etc.
