Wage question - San Antonio

I was wondering if anyone is an LPN in San Antonio? I'm going to start the nursing program in Aug but before I start the program I would like to know the average pay rate. The program is long (21 months) and very expensive($21,000). I have did some research but have seen $13.00 to $22.00 an hour. I would just like some more info before I invest my time and spend my money.
