UPdate me on SouthTexas ie. Mcallen, harlingen, etc.


Hi Im from Illinois and I am going to move to South Texas and need some info on the hospitals.
which are the most supportive and the best learning enironments,
which ones have some type of nursing education in place and opportunities for advancement,
Which ones should I stay away from,
how is the nursing ratio
what are the starting salaries?
Which ones are hiring?
