I had the same question! I am pretty sure you have to have all of the pre-reqs completed before you can even apply. I think that's so stupid!!
I will finish my pre-reqs next semester, but becasue of this rule I will have to wait until Spring of 2007 before I can apply. I tried contacting 2 different people and I never recieved a repsonse about it. I contacted them via email, maybe phone would have been better. I hope you have better luck! Please post what you find out
