Trying to decide where to move! Lubbock or Phoenix!

Can anyone give me an idea of what new RN's make hourly in Lubbock. I am trying to figure out our monthly budget to see which place would best fit our needs. I would SOOOOO much rather live in Lubbock if the pay worth it!

also, is there a good amount of over time available?

Thanks so much

jen

I've heard from friends that Lubbock is not so hot for salary or working environment. Have heard Phoenix has better pay and some places have excellent ratios.
