TPAPN nurses

I was fired basically because I am in TPAPN. I am finding it impossible to find a job other than nursing homes. If you are a TPAPN nurse and have any tips on how to find a job esp. with being fired added to the resume, please fill me in. I am looking in the Dallas area. Any hospital suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Since TPAPN (the Texas Peer Assistance Program for Nurses) exists only in the state of Texas, I have moved this thread over to the Texas Nurses forum.

I also live and work in the DFW area. Unfortunately, many of the hospitals around here want absolutely nothing to do with a nurse who is presently participating in TPAPN. Although nursing homes can be very bleak workplaces, they are your best bets for securing employment while participating in TPAPN.
