The Baylor Plan?

Hello all. I've just been hired at BUMC as a nurse tech in trauma/general surgery (YAY!), and will graduate in May of 07. I've heard of something called "the baylor plan", where you basically work the weekends, and are considered full time (benefits, etc.....) I have a friend who worked the "plan" as an RN a few years ago, and he told me it was great for school, because he was paid as if he worked his three 12's for only 2 days work. My question is--does this plan still exist, is it as my friend describes it, and is it available for a position like mine, or just for the liscenced professionals? Any help on this would........help!
