Tarrant county college changes

Ok...so anyone who may know the answer to this, let me know. I understand that Medical Term and Pharm are now bonus courses for the new application periods. What happens if:.... one person has a higher GPA and does well on the TEAS in comparison to someone who has a lower GPA, doesn't do as well on the TEAS, BUT has those two bonus courses completed? Would the person with the bonus credits be accepted before the person with the better grades and/or TEAS test scores? I am really wondering if anyone knows much about this....I really hope that wouldn't be the case, because it almost seems unfair. Lemme know what you guys think!
