Starting pay?

by candiam

Hello everyone! I graduate in May and I'm just curious on starting pay in Austin for a GN. And once you're RN what's the pay difference? I just want to know what to expect since I will start job hunting soon. Also, does any one have good jub hunting tips; what to look for, what to stay away from, what questions to ask? Thanks!

I was quoted I think 21/hr at Seton. Does not advance just because you passed boards...but if you fail NCLEX, you are usually demoted to a PCA like position.
