Role Call TCC Spring 09 hopefuls!

Hi! Got my application in yesterday. This is my second time applying so I hope I get in! The first time I wasn't done with my sciences, so it was to be expected I guess.

I've finished all of my prerequisites, all A's except for one B in A&P 1. My TEAS score was a 92 overall if I remember correctly (94 science, 92 math).

I'm not sure what field I want to go into yet. I'm sure I'll get to experience a lot of different options in nursing school.

I've also applied for spring. I have a 4.0 in my pre-reqs, and I got a 92 on my TEAS test.

I can't wait to start. I'm taking some more general education classes that are requirements for UTA's BSN bridge, and I'm getting bored to tears.

November's almost here; I'm getting so nervous waiting. According to the Spring 08 thread the letters came about a week into November.

To pass the time I'm taking Medical Terminology and Pharmacology along with a few other electives.

I got a letter about 2 weeks ago letting me know that I didnt meet the math requirement. I didnt find out about the new math until right after I sent in my application. So it was no big surprise to me that I didnt get in. But no biggie - I am studying to re-take the accuplacer - so I'll re-apply next time.

Sorry about that stacygirl, I'm sure your time will come. I went to the very last information session, and I heard one person talk about having to take the test that same day because she had just found out about that math requirement. I can't imagine how stressful that must have been to have everything ride on that one test.
