RN need job

I know there is plenty to choose from in the DFW, but help me out, I would like a small system/hosp in a faimly oriented area where I don't have drive on the freeway. I been in Dallas for one week I've done two flu clinics and staffing in hosp. I can do long term care, inpatient rehab, med/surg, mental health. 5 years RN and 5 as an LPN what is pay rate like for fulltime with benefits?
