Richardson or Plano Medical Center Information

HI, I have been getting recruitment information from Richardson Medical Center, and Plano Medical Center. I do OR, PACU, ER, and Telemetry. What are these places like as employers, what is the salary range (I have 33 years experience, master's, done staff and management), what are nurse patient ratios, is there a shortage of nurses? What kind of work/life balance is possible there? What is the cost of living compared to the Baltimore/DC Metro area? What is life like there is it more metropolitan or rural? This would be a HUGE move for me. Any information would help. Thanks.
