renewal notices coming certified mail?

When I checked the mail this afternoon there was a certified mail receipt in the mailbox. It's exactly the right time for my renewal to come, and I checked online (on the license verification deal) and beside renewal it said "notified", but I don't recall it ever coming certified before?

No they send a flourescent colored postcard - that's it. No certified letter. Look at the certified receipt - there should be a zip code - that should give you some clue as to where it is from but it wouldn't be your nursing renewal.
