relocating- I hope!

Hello all! I posted a message on this thread once before, wondering about relocating. Well now I'm a new grad and LPN jobs are pretty much slim to none in Ohio. I've been looking into jobs in the Houston area...I guess my question is, if I am called about a position, when do I start the process of getting my license moved to Texas? Or will they just not consider me at all since I don't live there yet? Am I better off looking into an agency?
