Recession? moving to Dallas, applied four RNpositions, no repsonse. Where is the job?

I am a RN with about 5 yrs med/sug/tele experiences, I applied for 4 RN jobs in Dallas two weeks ago, no response. Maybe I have to move to Dallas first, then look for a job? I don't want to quit my currunt job without another position lined up. DFW hospitals are cutting back? Where is the job? Maybe I didn't do enough works to apply for the jobs. Thank you.
