question about gpa..please help

I applied to the UT Houston accelerated BSN program and last week I received a letter regarding my current transcript and application status. I had one prerequisite class in progress and they were just letting me know that they had everything else in order and were just waiting for that last grade from this fall. The letter also showed 3 different GPAs that they had figured. One was Overall GPA, another was Nursing Prerequisite GPA, and another was Nursing Science Prerequisite GPA. I guess they take all of those into account when deciding on applicants.
