How long did it take to receive an ATT after having to send in additional information regarding a positive background check?

It depends when they get all your stuff i heard it's about 5-12 days coz mine took about a week.

Thanks for the quick reply. So did you have to send in a letter of explanation along with supporting documents?

Mine was through our school so after they sent our stuff we got our ATT one wk later online.

It took 14 days for the TX BON. And I am internationally educated. They are pretty fast.
