Presbyterian vs Baylor Medical Center Dallas

I'm a new grad coming from out of state to begin working as a GN. I plan on starting in a GN internship in January. I have been offered a position with Presbyterian and Baylor Dallas, but I'm not sure which one is best. Both are magnet hospitals, same base pay with some differences in their differential rates. I did notice that Baylor seemed to have a higher nurse to patient ratio than Presby in some areas.

If anyone has worked for both, worked for one or the other, or knows someone working at one of these hospitals I would love to hear your two cents!!

and you have already been offered positions at both hospitals for GN positions? Sounds like you are in a great spot and have good options! When did they contact you for the Baylor ICU position if you don't mind me asking.
