Pay for ADNs

Can anyone tell me if there are pay differences, and opportunity differences for graduates of ADN programs vs. BSN programs in Houston area hospitals?

Once you are an RN, does the pay, job opportunity disparity (if there is one) disappear?

I am considering an ADN program for right now and this would be a major sticking point for my family.

Thanks.

As far as I know, there is no pay difference in the DFW area. We all start off in our hospital system making the same pay at the same scale. I believe, that it is only once you gain managment positions, that pay begins to change.
