need advise from san antonio nurses

I am not a nurse yet, but I live in the San Antonio area and have heard nothing but wonderful things about the Baptist Medical Center. I have a friend who just graduated from the Baptist nursing program and is currently working for one of the Baptist hosptitals--and she loves it! The Methodist healthcare system is also great!! They both have very good reputations.

one of my friends went to UTA.
she told me that UTA is super hard.
