Nail biting begins

How tough is it to get a job at Seton Medical Center in Austin? I sent my resume over after talking to a recruiter. People are freaking me out with all this talk about "In this economy". I am a bright energetic nurse and whether they hire me for med/surg or let me do my specialty which is ER..I will be fine. I just need the chance!!!

Just needed to freak out a little.
