Memorial Hermann Hospital Orange

I was wondering if any has info on this hospital. I am thinking about applying for a per diem position in ICU. I am a little leary though. The pay is what attracts me but I am concerned about what kind of work conditions I would be walking into. The recruiter told that they recently increased the perdiem rates to attract in house prn/per-diem. The hospital is trying to get rid of agency. Any feedback would be appreciated.
