LPN relocating to TX any Texans help is appreciated

I have been an LPN for 14 1/2 yrs now here in DE and just found out we are moving to Texas. Abilene Texas area to be exact. I have been searching for the past week trying to find a possible job. My fiance is in the Air Force so its kind of a set thing as to the general location. My focus has been mainly on pediatric home care with medically fragile children with trach and vent. I would love to stay in this field but my searches are coming up empty. Can anyone point me in a possible agency that covers that area? Does anyone know of a respite home for children with special needs? I do have time since we are not moving until the end of Feb so I am not in panic mode yet.
Thanks
Sandy

Really wishing I could pack up my current agency and move them with me

First of all, Welcome to Texas!!! I googled and found 3 companies: Outreach Health Services (325) 698-0045; The House that Kerry Built (325) 672-6061 and Kinder Hearts Home Health (325) 672-6135. I also found a website that had tons of pediatric practices, just in case. www.informationpages.com/Abilene,TX/Pediatrics-Infant-Child-Adolescent Care HTH!!
