Lonestar College Paramedic to RN

Does anyone know how often the Paramedic to RN transition if offered at Kingwood, North Harris, and Tomball? Do they start a new class each semester or is it just specified semesters? Any help would be appreciated. I have called and emailed Tomball and Kingwood and have not gotten a response to answer that question.

The transition class is offered once a year at the schools that have that program. You would be applying with the LVN's for a spot in the LVN/Paramedic transition program. The requirements for admission are different than the generic track and the spots are competitive so make sure you do your research and apply with as many points as possible.

And to answer your question more directly Montgomery and North Harris start the transition program in the summer and Kingwood starts in the fall. The applications to all transition programs are usually due the beginning of March sometime.
