loan forgiveness

I was wondering if there are any hospitals that have a loan forgiveness program if you work for them after graduation. I will be moving to the state, don’t know if that matters or not. Any that help with relocation money?

Default Re: loan forgiveness
Shoebottom,

Have you looked into the Federal program? http://bhpr.hrsa.gov/nursing/loanrepay.htm It repays 60% if you work at a critical shortage facility.

The hospital-based loan arrangements that I am aware of involve up-front scholarships rather than after the fact. A lot of rural Texas hospitals also provide financial assistance for anyone in health careers - but again, it is geared toward helping people already in their communities.
