License in different states

by Asmiddy

So I have graduated nursing school and have a job in Texas. I still need to pass my boards here in Texas. I have a question though, I was thinking about moving back to PA(where I graduated nursing school), would I have to take the boards again if I did move to PA after I pass them here in Texas?

No, just get a license in your new state.

Once you receive your Texas license, you use it to apply for licensure by endorsement in Pennsylvania. Once you pass NCLEX, you will never need to retake it unless you allow all of your active licenses to expire.
