Kingwood v/s Cy Fair's Program

Calling all present students, future applicants, alumni, staff or anyone who know anyone or anything associated with these 2 programs.
Can someone please give some direction on which amongst these 2 programs is better ? Both admit students in the Spring but Cy Fair's is a block program. Kingwood's is an evening program whereas Cy Fair's is a day program.
Any opinions on these 2 programs welcome. Please contribute.
