jurisprudence exam lets HELP each other

by ciber-1

Lets share here common tested facts or questions from jurisprudence examination, suggestions. Shortly lets help each other to PASS thought this red tape!))

What we have:
-50 Qs. based on NPA, Rules and Regulations and on many other laws and rules.
-a lot of pages of law style txt to read...
N
As I learned from others there are few questions like "what is written on rule N paragraph M"?. They give scenarios and you gotta decide what rule applies, and outcome and measures maybe taken, disciplinary or whatever...

it is good to have common sense and read FAQs.but still...

Search function on the BON web site works bad, so it is better to know something before taking actual test. You can not google each question))

Your suggestions on HOW to simplify this process are welcome! Lets share common Scenarios.

here is my 5 cents

audit founds errors in charts made by 1 nurse like no Dr's orders 4 narcotics are signed out & no record that nurse gave them to the clients or wasted them...What would be the good decision of Incident based peer review committee ?
