job satisfaction of Austin Hospital RNs

Wanted to know how RN's felt about working in Hospitals in Austin... Do you feel supported.?
Are there CNA's on the units? Overall do you feel treated well?

just wanted some feedback.

Thanks very much

Seton facilities - non profit
St. David's facilities - for profit

You decide. Most people think their job is bad until they leave and find someplace worse.

I've worked for both Seton and St David's. At Seton (actually the Children's Hospital) we had techs. At St David's I worked on an all RN unit--no LVNs, no techs. It was an OB unit.

Both places I felt I got good support, but it really depends on your charge nurses.
