I'm applying to UT-HSC in Houston for fall 2010

I have sent in my application to UT-HSC for Fall 2010. I have a 3.89 GPA for nursing pre-reqs and 4.0 GPA for my Sciences. I just recently took my NET but I have not recieved my scores yet. The thing is I will only have 42 hours done by application deadline. Is there anyone out there that had less than the 60 hrs and got in and if so how many? They say you can apply after 40hrs but I just think it's unlikely they would choose me over someone who has completed everything. Anyone who has got accepted to UT-HSC recently, I would love to hear about how the whole admission process works.
