I am looking for a Health Unit Secretary position,which hospital is good in DFW??

I have a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management and I am looking for a job as a health unit secretary or patient access representative (something to work close to the nurses). I am taking my prereq for nursing school and I do not have clinical experience so I would like to know which hospital is good to start with and which department. I will really appreciate any help, thanks
