Hospitals in San Antonio?

I'm due to graduate in 10 weeks. I'm considering moving down south to SA. I'm trying to search the web for hospitals; however, my search results are very large. I don't want to work in a nursing home or rehab facility. I strictly want to work in the ER. Can someone help my search by listing some hospitals in the SA area?
