Home Health In McAllen

by Ali8155

Can anyone help me with home health in the Rio Grande Valley. I live in McAllen and was hoping to find something close. I have been doing pedi home health for the last year and I am tired of it. I feel like an over payed babysitter. I don't know what is a good per visit wage and what are some of the other adminities that I should look for. If you know of a good agency to work for here please let me know.

Did you have a low skill pt. or high skill pt? I know what you mean loosing your skills cause i felt like that w/ one of the pt's i had so i asked for a high skil pt. So for me, i feel i get all the skills that i want, from IV therapy to wound care, injections, G-Tube, trach, etc. Plus I do alot of visits for the agency too. But maybe its not for you. N ya I have several Friends that work for palm valley in Mcallen.
