Help! Mistake on License Renewal Form

Hello all
First of all I moved to another state, Washington...so when my application for renewal came about it was easy, just check mark inactive and then fill the rest out...however,
My date to renew is June 2nd and I have been going mad moving, so I got the paper form online and filled it out...well I made a mistake and realized that I had recieved two speeding traffic violations and did not declare them on the form...
What do I do?
Help!

I don't think traffic tickets count (don't hold me to this..) but your question can best be answered by emailing webmaster@bon.state.tx.us.

Well I guess I had no reason to stay up all night! I spoke to a board rep. and they stated that a speeding ticket is not something that needs to be declared, unless the fines had not been paid and a warrent was issued. Whew!
