Thanks for the good advice. I actually got a call today and scheduled a phone interview for Tuesday. Unfortunately, my school/clinical/work schedule is so booked that I had to turn down going to an open house on Saturday because of having to work. :imbar I hope I didn't blow it. The recruiter told me that they have to fill 2 more interview spots.
If you don't mind sharing, what kind of questions did they ask in the phone interview and in-person interview? It has been so long since I've done one. I get so anxious just thinking about it!
Congratulations!

If you have not heard anything from them, then take the initiative to call and ask what the status of your application is. If no one answers leave a message. Be polite and persistent. You will have a phone interview with the recruiter, and if you pass their "weed out" questions you will get an in-person interview. I had to call the nurse recruiter twice before I landed an in-person. I didnt hear anything for over two weeks, so I called on a Monday to find out the status of my application. They told me it was stll active and that I would hear something soon. I waited another week and still didnt hear anything, so I called again last Monday and left a message. I got a call back later that day and finally landed an nterview. I was fortunate enough to land an offer by Friday. Don't give up! your hard work will pay off in the end! Good Luck!!
