Good BIO 1408 Teacher in Dallas or Collin County

I recently enrolled in BIO 1408 at Collin County Collge but had to drop the class because I wasn't doing as well as expected. I didn't feel like my teacher explained the material well...she would read from Power Point slides for 2 hrs straight! I came home made flashcards..and studied like crazy, but it didn't work! I am on a search for a good BIO teacher in Dallas or Collin County College. This is the only class that's holding me back for my Preq for Nursing. One I take BIO I can get A&P 1 and 2 out the way...then I can apply for the Nursing Program at El Centro.
Any suggestions?

Thanks
