Fort Worth question

by MelanyJ

Hey yall!

I'm going to be moving to Fort Worth when I graduate nursing school and my goal is to get a job at Cooks.

Do any of you know if they are willing to hire a new grad in the NICU or L&D? Those are the two areas that I feel are my "calling"!

Also can you tell me what the pay is like in the area?

Thank you all so much for your info!!!

Yes they do. I have a friend then went to work in NICU right after she got her RN. I am not sure what the pay is though. I would guess probably around 21-23 hr. It has been several years. Check Cook's website.

A friend of mine just started there in June as a new grad in OR and is making $26/hour. She loves it there! I think they hire new grads in all depts.
