finishing lvn school

hi, i'm from the medical center area in Houston. I'm finishing lvn school next week and i am wondering when and where should i apply. Should i wait until after i take the n-clex or should i do it before. Is there anywhere that are hiring partime- like the weekends. I'm still planning to do more prerequisistes next semester, so i will be in school fulltime. so i was wondering if anyone knows places where they may have flexibility. Also, which would be good to start with hospitals or clinics??
