Does any one know of refresher course east of Dallas area

I have been out of Nursing for the past 12 years and due to a automobile accident I am considering reentering Nursing the problem is that I did not keep my license up to date and now need to find a course or Hospital where I can get the extended orientation I need or the CEU to get my license reinstated..
