Dallas hospital internships

I'm hearing alot about having to apply for new grad internships at the Dallas hospitals. I graduate from ns in late July... when should I start looking & applying for these internships? And when do they start? I'm really interested in Parkland. Anyone know how that works?

If you graduate from your nursing program in July of next year, then an ideal time to apply for hospital new grad training programs would be February through the middle of March. It takes an excessive amount of time for human resources managers to wade through the applications and call new grads back, so it is almost imperative that you start applying during the time frame that I have mentioned.
