Dallas area hospitals offfering student jobs?

Is anyone aware of hospitals in the Dallas area that offers part time postions in exchange for tuition payment. I saw that Richardson Regional hires student nurses for 20 hrs/week. They pay your tuition while you attend school, then you are committing to work there for 2 years after graduation. I missed the deadline to apply there but was wondering if other hospitals offer the same. Should I just create a resume and send it to all area hospitals?
