Children Hospitals in TX

Updated Apr 12, 2005 at 08:59 PM by NurseKay2006

HI, I will be starting nursing school in the fall and I am considering taking a loan repayment scholarship for a hospital in MS which will pay form my whole two years of nursing school and in return I will work for them for two years. I could use the money but I really have my heart set on moving to Texas and becoming a nurse at Texas Children's Hospital or Memorial Herman Children's hospital. I heard that Cooks Children's hospital in Fort Worth and Children's Medical Center in Dallas offers a scholarhip to nursing students similar to the one that I mentioned above, is this true? I would appreciate some advice on what you think I should do. I would also love any input you have on any of the hospitals I mentioned above.

Kay

Obviously this board isn't checked much. lol

I wish I could answer your question. Maybe you could find out the numbers for the nurse recruiter at each hospital and as her/him questions.
