Cath Lab Nurses in Texas

Hello Everyone!

I am hoping that I can get some feedback from my fellow texas RN's.

I currently work in a Cath Lab in Central Texas.

We are a small lab and take a tremendous amount of call.

I was wondering what the call pay was for other facilites in Texas. What about incentives?

We currently only get straight pay unless we are into overtime already. We have been asked as a collective group to come up unique ideas.

I am asking my fellow nurses to help me out. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You!!!!
