Case Managers

Howdy!

I am an executive at a leading home health services provider in Houston. I will like to establish a relationship with any/all dedicated Case Managers.

Has anyone got any recommendation(s) on how to go about getting in contact with Case Managers at Houston Hospitals (Ben Taub, MD Anderson, Methodist, VA, St Luke's, Doctor's offices, etc)

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Henry
